Riding for the Disabled Association of Dubai
Riding for the Disabled Association of Dubai is a charity which offers therapeutic riding on horses to enrich the lives of children with disabilities.  The movement of the horse’s body exercises the rider’s muscles and helps to strengthen them.  Besides from having fun in the lesson the rider improves balance, coordination and gains self-confidence.  The interaction with the instructor, volunteers, other riders and horses helps them with their communication and social skills.  We need volunteers as we totally rely on volunteers to assist with the riding sessions from leading a horse to side walking and ensuring the child stays on the horse. Can you give a couple of hours a week?  There are morning and afternoon riding sessions to choose from. We also need volunteers for assistance with fund raising and gaining sponsorship.  Can you help? Please email rdadubai@hotmail.com or call Helen Walshe 050 734 9484 for further information
