Choithram's... They have these huge pieces of beef fillet; I just ask the butcher to cut up as many beef medallions as I want with the thickness I want

Either some sort of black bean, sweet potato, corn stew (or black bean corn chowder with sweet potato fries) or jambalaya with sausage and shrimp -- just can't decide as I did a week's worth of shopping yesterday at Carrefour and have all the ingredients for both ...
