I'd suggest going there at least an hour before the posted show timing if you want to get a place in the actual seating area because the view from the 1st and 2nd floor leaves a lot to be desired.

Also, beware of crazed parents with strollers exhibiting symptoms of mall rage!

We went there today for the 430 show and OMG it was jam packed. We got there at 3:50 and they were not allowing anymore kids/parents on the floor so we found a spot on the 2nd floor. It was our luck because we were circling the floor until we found a decent place and one of the girls had to go pee so we were able to take her spot Be warned there were a lot of pushing and shoving and if you go early make sure you take snacks and drinks with you and of course have them use the bathroom before you sit. I'm not sure how the 7 and 9pm show but I'm assuming it's more crowded.

There were no VIP seats. If you park near to the door where PF changs, tribes, more cafe then you'll be in the center. Just walk straight and you'll see the banners.

Anyone been on a 'school' night? Planning on going on Wednesday. How do you get into the VIP area? Thanks

It's in the centre....close to Paul, Zara, Debenham, HN, etc. You can't miss their big banners

Went today after school hoping that it won't be hectic as the weekend, but it was totally packed out. Managed to squeeze in on the second floor. I think the entrance for the young kids opens at 3.30p.m. and even then they are long queues..

We went on Friday...the first show. Only managed to watch from upstairs. Can't remember how long it actually last as I was trying to control my temper the whole time with all the pushing from behind Whaaaaa? Definitely longer than Barney last year and more organised too for ppl who come earlier. If you go this week, I am sure your children would have so much fun as DD really love it even from that high No chair unless you are in the VIP area!!!

We went yesterday evening, It was absolutely packed.
had to watch from upstairs as there were no spaces left downstairs and left after about 12mins as the sound wasn't great with all the noise around us. But lil man enjoyed the bits he saw.

I believe Thurs 31/3 is the last day. 4.30pm and 7.30pm. I think last weekend they have shows at 9pm as well but I am not sure on that one. Yes, it's free.

hi... took my DD yesterday for the 7pm show... quite spectacular! original disney characters and they had the whole shabang... from the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and other Disney classics like the crab from Little Mermaid performing the song UNDER THE SEA, Balloo the Bear with his BEAR NECESSITIES song, TALE AS OLD AS TIME being performed by Beauty and the Beast, etc...

DD was THRILLLLLLLED! try and do a weekday show as the weekend show was JAM PACKED!!! get there early to get a chance to sit at the front within the enclosure
