There won't be anywhere licensed to do it, seeing as body piercing is not allowed - just like tattooing. So not sure if you'll find anywhere to do it.

Hi ladies,

I'm looking for somewhere for belly button piercing. Will I be able to get this done in Dubai? And if I can, can anyone recommend anywhere?
