We are insured with Axa, but as Hubby works in AD a bit difficult to arrange, but good to know thou.

Yes, that is the closest to JLT, Marina, JBR, if you go early around 8am its very quiet it took me 20 mins last week!

Sorry..don't know what area is New Dubai, but I went yesterday to the Eppco/Tasjeel by the RTA office near MOE. Took about 45 minutes and was quite painless.

To get there you take Umm Suqiem toward SZR (so that MOE is on your left when on Umm Suqiem) and turn right, right before the entrance to SZR. There is a lighting store and bedding store at the turn. Then, follow the signs to the RTA (its the first or second left). Then another left. Drive to the end of the street and it's on the right (Eppco/Tasjeel). Can't miss it.

Anyone know where we can take our car for its first inspection, would prefer new Dubai area. Tia
