110K for a 2 bed in that building sounds right. An acquaintance of mine lives there and says the facilities are awesome. (I had asked about the gym/pool--very important to me). We had set up appointments to see 2 beds there in February, but they would seem to disappear before we ever got to see them--they were going like hot cakes. I don't know how much you can bargain when they are in high demand. If they are offering 2-4 checks, maybe see if they would take 10,000 dhs less for 1-2 checks. We did that 2 years ago and our LL accepted our offer. Supply and demand will usually dictate. I hear people say rents are going up, but honestly, the new buildings going up are pretty fabulous, and if the rent is higher, I think it is more to do with the fit out and the facilities. Still always try to bargain--because new buildings going up means many more units, and it becomes a renter's market. good luck

Where is the location...?

I was somewhere in Business Bay area today but could not
quite work out how to get to the Executive Towers from where
I was...

Any hints to get to them from DXB MALL in a simple straight forward way??

TIA

Hey ladies,

Our search for a home continues.

Really like the two bedroom apartment in this building. They're asking for 110k. I was wondering how much can you bargain when it comes to rental in dubai? How is it like staying here, have you had any problems? What about groceries, where's the nearest? Traffic out to szr during peak hour? How much did you pay for a two bedroom? Gjp help thanks
