I had a consultation at Dubai Mall's Dermalogica about 18 months ago and it was excellent......didn't feel pressured into buying the range but i did, and my skin has really improved since then. I was trying to treat breakouts, wrinkles and oil and basically was putting too many creams etc onto my face.....it's actually quite sensitive so i've pared down my routine and it's really settled my skin. Yes it's pricey but products seem to last a long time, their Pre-Cleanse and the Special Cleansing Gel are great.

OP for what it's worth I used Dermalogica for about a month not long ago and saw a difference in my skin within days. Brighter, clearer, and my fine lines disappeared.

The only reason I've stopped temporarily is because it is expensive here...will be stocking up in the US though.

I worked at the Dermalogica store in Dubai Mall 2 years ago and have worked with the product for over 12 years if you need any info will be happy to give you some on here Sadly I'm not doing beauty anymore, so would be nice to chat about "skin" again

I get my Cetaphil from Supacare pharmacy. I use water to wash off the cleanser as my skin doesn't feel clean if I haven't wet it thoroughly. I find cleanser just ok (i alternate between Cetaphil and Proactiv) but I find the Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion outstanding. It's 59 dirhams a tube and I use it day and night. Have seen a huge improvement in my skin and even a reduction in wrinkles, which I think proves that wrinkles can often be caused by dry skin and not just age.

As i had a pigmentation problem i tried them and even though they are expensive, my skin is a lot better and the pigmentation has reduced. The girls are lovely but i have been going on a regular basis!

I was in the same boat as you a few months back. Quite 'lost' when it came to my skincare regime. I walked into Dermalogica at Dubai Mall and was waiting for someone to just take charge and tell me what I needed but sadly this didn't happen. I was pretty much left to my own devices. They were happy to answer my questions, but weren't very proactive about helping me. So I ended up buying one of their small tester/travel kits and used that for a few weeks. I like their products but I think they are too expensive for me. I now use Cetaphil and really, it's the best stuff I have ever used.

Out of interest do you wash the Cetaphil off with water or wipe it off with dry cotton? Trying to figure which method gets better results!

I got Cetaphil at the pharmacy in the Springs by Choitrams. Pretty sure you can get it in most pharmacies though - it's cheap but apparently very good

I searched the threads here and found mixed opinions about it.
I don't want a facial. I want someone to give me and thorough and correct skin and face Mapping to define my skin type and recommend the right products for me.
Anyone tried them lately in Dubai mall and would recommend them?
