I went to typing office in al Barsha. Take left at lights by ramada hotel, opposite emirates bank, typing office on right side at first right turn. Stayed whilst they did it, 370dhs for I d card as I have 3 year visa. Got the cards about 6 weeks later from emirates post. Quick and efficient service at the typing office.

There is a typing center in JLT cluster J next to the Life Pharmacy and Spinneys.

We went to darwish typing centre near chelsea hotel, behind MoE and they did it while we waited, about 5 mins. Sorry, Cant remember costs, depends on how many years left on visa I think. HTH
