I wouldn't bother with Carrefour. We all know the customer service in this country sucks at the best of times so I wouldn't waste your time. Maybe contact Toshiba. With my Acer one when I filled out the online form I didn't have to specify where I bought it. They didn't ask to see the receipt either!

I was simply just sharing a link someone had given me. Like I said, I got mine shipped to my US shop and ship account too however I could put in an international address but then had to pay for shipping.
