You can purchase Argon Oil at Kiehls in Harvey Nicholls. As for the coconut oil,I have been using it for years,Boots used to sell it in their pharmacy as a solid. Excellent for dry & coloured hair.

if you do a search there was a thread on here recently about this oil...From memory, Global village in the Moroccan pavillion will have them...i think the most important thing is it has to be 100% argan oil

Any coconut oil as a matter of fact is good nutrition for hair as long is it is washed off well. One tip I got from my hair stylist friend is to rub in a dollop of shampoo on to dry hair to get all sorts of styling gel, etc even oil out . first rub the shampoo in and then pour water this will clean ur hair properly than putting in shampoo after wetting ur hair....

Hi Ladies .. just wanted to share this with you
I have found a really good hair oil thats very cheap & works !

Its called Sampoorna, says on the bottle the ''secret of beautiful indian hair'' but suitable for all hair types
contains cocunut oil, silicone, mineral oil, almond oil, hibiscuss extract etc

I have been using this for 2 mths, had dry/ colour & sun damaged hair & its really good .. IT WORKS
best thing i have tried, costs about 8 Dhs from the little indian grocery shops
You put it on your hair before you shampoo .. i leave it on overnight & got great results & the best thing is it washes out in one shampoo & doesent leave the hair oily at all, better than all paying for the expencive salon treatment

Silicone is bad for your hair. It masks your hairs damage by coating the hair which in turn causes the cuticle to lay flat. Your hair will appear healthier and shinier. But over time it will build up on you hair and cause breakage

I use Maroccan Oil its silicone free so wont damage your hair

The 'little Indian shops' can be found in Karama and Bur Dubai. This particular hair oil can also be found in all Lulu outlets, in the hair products section. It is a really good and effective oil
