pretty much all the hotels are doing turkey take outs well before xmas......perhaps give the hotel/golf club closest to you a ring and see.
I believe that the individual dishes are packaged separately from the turkey and from each other. No one wants soggy veg or pots lol!Friends of ours used the Marriott last year and the food was lovely - the turkey wasnt dry at all and the pots were beautify roasted.
