I've got this on my menu in my Lebanese cooking class if anyone wants to learn how to make it ;-)

You can buy it in Spinneys at the deli counter - I eat it by the truck load. Love to dip roasted chicken in it.

It's called Toum. Look up for a recipe, I think its mostly olive oil, lemon juice and garlic.

Hi ladies, I am addicted to the garlic sauce that you get in Lebanese restaurants, and would love to make it at home.Does anyone know the receipe? I'm wondering whether perhaps I can try and make a low fat version with natural yoghurt, as I hate to think of the amount of cream or olive oil they use that makes it taste so damn good!
