Try Amin at Hush Salon, The Address Dubai Mall branch. He really does good blonde highlights using foil and he will follow your wishes instead of just doing his thing like many other hairdressers here www.hush.aeCan also recommend their Wafi Mall branch, great blow-dries as well, although a bit pricey!
Try Brian or Martin at Saks Hairdressing in the Palace Hotel, both excellent haidressers with loads of experience and training. They don't break the bank either.
Irina at Hairworks JBR has been doing my blonde highlights using foil for a long time. Shes fab and does lovely haircuts.
you can just ask them to use foil instead. EasyMech is just an easier way for the hairdresser as the root of the hair sticks to the adhesive line at the top of the mech, however it can slip down once the bleach has been applied due to the weight of the hair (whereas foils you wrap up like a little packet so this doesnt happen)Most salons will use foil as its actually cheaper than using easymech. Call ahead and ask first. Just remember to choose wisely as a lot of people who have blonde highlights find they dont get them as blonde as they would like. (see other posts on here)
I thought quite a few used foils? Try leeanne at essentials 043955909, she listens to you.

Can anyone recommend a decent hairdresser to do my blonde highlights that uses foil, and not the easy mesh stuff? My roots come through so much quicker with the mesh but cant find anyone that uses foil out here...
