The coffee is very nice and there's a good range of flavours available. The Nespresson shop is in Dubai Mall near the fountain with the divers.

Especially when their customer service is so appaling compare to Switzerland! They cancelled my order last time just because they tried calling me twice and I didn't answer the phone.... (was doing an art class with DS) and didn't send me an email to tell me!!

I think the machine and the system is very good if a bit pricey and DH loves the different coffees (don't drink the stuff myself)

Always get mine from the UK.

I just ordered capsules from the Nespresso Club in the UK as they are so much cheaper, they average 30p per capsule as opposed to 45p each here! I am getting my kids to bring them out at Christmas!
