The office is useless

Trying to organize some flights and with Emirates pricing going through the roof I'm considering Qatar Airways which seems to be 6000 Dhs cheaper for our family holiday. The only worry I've got are the baggage restrictions. I know that one set of golf clubs will be free in addition to the normal allowance but if we travel with a child would the car seat as well as the stroller be free as well or would that be part of it. The stage 2 car seats are ever so heavy and would take up most of the allowance. Any advice appreciated or a phone number of Qatar Airways so I could contact them directly...seem to be blind as I can't find it on their website
