flavor fat free yoghurt yourself...add cinamon,vanilla or other and sweeten to taste...I do find stevia the best...think its quite a personal taste though.Vanilla fatfree yoghurt bought in shop has lots of carbs from sugar and I found that I loose quicker when I do not go for those...I also lost quicker when I did not indulge in dairies...go for sardines in water as a snack!
What flavored yogurt do you eat? where do you find it? What sweetener do you use? (I don't like sweeteners, the chemicals in them kill me!) but I have tried stevia and don't like it, sweet n low is poison so what else can you suggest?Thank you so much!
