I'v recently seen blue food colouring available at ParknShop at JLT.

i have a foster clark's blue from here and also a wilton royal blue gel/paste. you're more than welcome to them if you need! i'm in dso.

I have some in my box of decorating stuff, it is a Wilton gel and I either bought in Spinneys or Tavola (MCC). AED 10 from memory. Only use a tiny bit and build up the colour, it is quite powerful.
