Citizen of Humanity have low rise and I also have a pair of Paige denim. You can get them in Bloomingdales, Harvey Nics, Boutique 1. You may even get some during the sales. The last pair I bought were Citizen of Humanity, skinny leg for 500dhs.
Not sure if Twillight is referring to 7 for all mankind, if so they have them I think in the above stores and also have their own store in Dubai Mall.

They come in different lengths, r=regular, a=ankle etc, I am not tall but the a size always is perfect. Guess you just have to keep looking until you find the pair that fits you perfectly. Thank goodness mine are fairly cheap!

If it's skinny ones you want, Espirit have a fabulous style. I find them perfect, low on the belly and high at the back so takes in all the wobbly bits from around and gives a lovely shape. Got them from the Festival city outlet few years back. They might still carry that style.

I got some great jeans in Gap last week - never managed to fit into them before, but I did!! Very pleased with myself although I did think maybe they've upsized them lol but am living in hope that it's from having lost 10lbs.
They had loads of styles and sizes - curvy, slimfit, bootcut, straight leg etc..... Around 250AED.
