Well I had a fantatsic weekend but I'm not in Dubai at the moment so does that actually count?
On Friday I found out that my daughter has got a First class hons degree. I sold a ton of raffle tickets for our village fete, the sun has been out and I've lost a couple of pounds.
How much better can it get?

It was the last get-together before the summer for my sport club and we had a lovely day. We had a rather splendid evening too. I was happied up from the weekend.

on brunch (or rather buffet) subject - finally tried Kaleidoscope this weekend using Entertainer vouchers and loved the food
and today, finally found a nice rain coat for DD in Matalan
