Hiring a Maid, Domestic Helper or Driver in Vietnam

Almost all expats in Vietnam have some sort of help around the house. Generally many expats hire a maid/nanny on a full time live in basis or part time on an hourly basis. Many families also employ a driver. It is easy to find a maid from the recommendations of your real estate agent or the person that’s helping you settle in.

Many household staff may not speak English when you first hire them, however they will pick the language up quickly.
