Sarah Jackson explains that her passion for photography, printmaking and painting inspired her to create Deco Arabia.

Deco Arabia uses Dubai’s most iconic buildings and attractions to capture the beauty of Dubai. Combining traditional craft ideas with machine age imagery and materials, the style of Deco Arabian art embraces new technology as the rich colours, and bold, sharp and geometric shapes contribute to a beautifully designed finished decor product.
 
Deco Arabia is a collection of photographs and screen prints of Dubai’s most beautiful buildings, skyscrapers and hotels inspired by the Art Deco style of the early 20th century.

18 months ago, Sarah Jackson decided to create the brand Deco Arabia because she wanted to develop a new set of work inspired by the architecture of Dubai. Inspired by Art Deco style using photographs and screen prints, Deco Arabia began creating heavily inspired by the 1920’s posters created of New York, this is a style that Sarah has admired for many years. With the Art Deco inspiration, Sarah has created a decorative traditional style of Arabian patterns but with a modern twist.

 

Coasters
Offering a pack of 6 wooden, laser cut design, each coaster offers a unique style and are made from 0.4 cm thick wood and a 10cm diameter.

Dubai Cushion Covers
With comfort and durability, these 100% linen cushion covers are light weight, durable and easy to clean. While the back of the linen is plain linen, finished off with a hidden zipper along the bottom edge, the front of the 45 cm x 45 cm cushion is designed with some of Dubai’s most iconic sights.

Dubai Digital Prints
The digital prints come in a variety of different designs that capture iconic views and buildings of Dubai that we’ve all come to know and love. Options include black and white, colour, and sepia tones, so there’s plenty that meets the eye!

Postcard Collectibles
Deco Arabia also offers A5 sized postcard prints, using high quality inkjet printers on 188gsm paper in addition to other personalized artwork.
