With a capacity of 2,000 students, including 350 international boarding places, the Swiss International Scientific School has been designed by leading architects to meet the highest expectations.
The school is an inspiring place for students to learn. Filled with natural light, our spacious classrooms, libraries, laboratories and sports facilities are all designed to engage your child and encourage learning.
Each and every one of these facilities is available not only during school hours, but also after school hours, for our students to explore their interests and learn more outside the classroom.
SISD is currently home to 1200 day and boarding students from over 60 nationalities.

Her Excellency Maya Tissafi, Swiss Ambassador to the UAE, visited the Swiss International Scientific School in Dubai (SISD)
She toured SISD’s state-of-the-art facilities and environmentally friendly campus. She was joined by Mr. Omar Danial, Founder & CEO, Mr. Norbert Foerster, Head of School SISD and Mrs Sylvie Manghardt, Chairperson of the Parent Forum Committee. In speaking with the school’s representatives the Ambassador was given an update on SISD’s most recent developments, including the recent KHDA report and the newly launched girls boarding house.
She congratulated the school on its Good KHDA rating, and especially its Outstanding features including: Parents and Community; Health and Safety; Management, Staffing, Facilities and Resources. Currently in its fourth year of operation, the school is home to 1150 day and boarding students from over 70 nationalities, forming Dubai’s first ever school to teach unique bilingual programmes in English, French, German with Arabic.
