we moved in JGE one month ago. construction is day and night including Friday,
the management of JGE said they can not help as project as to finish quickly. (of course money.... money )

anyone has already complain to Dubai Municipality in different area of Dubai and which number ??? at least we could get the Friday... with no noise...

You could try Dubai Municipality, there is a dept for noise related issues and they have set standards for the level of decibels permitted and working hours for construction, call 800 900 and ask for the dept concerned. Construction companies can get permits to work at night but there are rules that limit the types of noise they can do at night. If they are hammering or drilling even if they have a 24 hour permit they are breaking the law.
