Oh dear god- OP please reread your post and recognize you sound like a completely spolit brat. I can't believe that you could possibly be that shallow that not receiving your flowers and teddy has spoilt your entire day, why not just throw your toys out the pram and shout at some poor guy in a florist who probably isn't responsible for this balls up - oh no you have done that already. I'm sure your SO is delighted to have such a delightful partner. Reality check my dear
If it makes you feel any better my flowers didn't turn up today either!!! Not the same company BUT a very well known one I have used for years and spent a LOT of money with over that time, they will be getting a blasting tomorrow that's for sure!!!
But I have actually had a lovely day even thou my dh isn't here, it was the thought that counted :) plus my DD made me a heart at school to day, so I am feeling the love. Try not to let it spoil your day.

Sorry to hear about your disappointment but.......
Day can't be that bad if you have someone who loves you enough to have gone through the trouble in the first place.
Now get off EW and spend time with this lovely person.
:)
My SO ordered flowers, chocolates and a teddy bear from this horrid, horrid, horrid company named April Flowers and they never delivered any of the items. I was in such a bad mood when I left the office cos I thought he'd forgotten and then I discovered he hadn't. He called the company five times and the ******************** on the phone couldn't understand English and kept hanging up on him. Then I called them and screamed at them. They sounded clueless and incompetent. I don't want to have to scream for my flowers. I want it to be a nice surprise on valentine's day morning. My SO has sent off a very longgggg email to them and is trying to get the bank to stop the payment on his card which is great I guess except the day is ruined :(.
Sorry if I sound so dramatic. I just wanted to let off some steam cos I feel a little like crying. :(.
