If it makes you feel any better my flowers didn't turn up today either!!! Not the same company BUT a very well known one I have used for years and spent a LOT of money with over that time, they will be getting a blasting tomorrow that's for sure!!! But I have actually had a lovely day even thou my dh isn't here, it was the thought that counted :) plus my DD made me a heart at school to day, so I am feeling the love. My SO ordered flowers, chocolates and a teddy bear from this horrid, horrid, horrid company named April Flowers and they never delivered any of the items. I was in such a bad mood when I left the office cos I thought he'd forgotten and then I discovered he hadn't. He called the company five times and the ******************** on the phone couldn't understand English and kept hanging up on him. Then I called them and screamed at them. They sounded clueless and incompetent. I don't want to have to scream for my flowers. I want it to be a nice surprise on valentine's day morning. My SO has sent off a very longgggg email to them and is trying to get the bank to stop the payment on his card which is great I guess except the day is ruined :(. Sorry if I sound so dramatic. I just wanted to let off some steam cos I feel a little like crying. :(. <em>edited by desertbookworm on 14/02/2012</em>
