Hi, we bought a new water dispenser about 2wks ago and the water still tastes very much like plastic, we have flushed about 4 gallons through it....can anyone suggest anything? thanks

Yes, that's the brand, it does smell strong, but you do need to keep flushing clean water through until the water tastes clean.

What an excellent idea, what brand sterilising tablet do you use, pigeon? That's the only one I've tried and it smells a lot like chlorine

Hello, We flush ours through monthly with a baby bottle sterilising tablet,worth a try. You can buy them at boots, I dilute the tablet in water ( about 1 litre) pour it through, leave it an hour or so then open both taps of the dispenser until empty,then keep pouring fresh water through tasting the water now and again until it tastes clean.
