I used to get those OTC teeth bleach till I got some allergies and hypersensitivity issues. Now I just let the pros do it for me. I would personally recommend Beverley and Dulene over at Dr. MIchael's in Umm Suqeim. I love how they're very thorough with teeth whitening and how both of them would really explain how to keep your teeth looking whiter and younger. <em>edited by CrisPC on 24/02/2013</em>

I would also be interested if anyone can point me in the direction to get some gel to use overnight. I already have the moulds which I brought from the UK, so just need the gel to top mine up. My friend gets it online dentist.net and her teeth are soooo white! Thanks for this. Found something the same as I had before and less than I paid for it in the UK. Presumably I'll be able to SnS??

Okay, I found something that works for me and may work for someone so I am mentioning. I get brown stains that line my teeth and cleaning up is required twice a month. A few months back my husband picked up a free sample of Colgate Optic White that promises whiter teeth. It has granules in the paste, and I use a motorized brush and I am very happy to report that it works brilliantly! It's not the cosmetic procedure kind of white, but a brighter shade of pale (bless you Annie Lennox!) But the biggest place it works is the brown stains. HUGE difference, almost gone and NO BILLS!! I am a very happily smiling woman now.

The gel I got from my dentist back home was great. I've brought an empty packet with me but need to find somewhere I can buy some

The dentists cleans your teeth then applies a gel on your teeth with a mould thing that helps keep your mouth open and still whilst a lazer light beams onto your teeth for an hour. The dentist will come in every 15 to check up on you. When finished he removes all the gel. You rinse your sparkly white teeth and your done. :)

Teeth whitening isnt really brain surgery. Most dentists do a good job of it. If groupon has an offer go for it. A lot of dentists here seriously overcharge teeth whitening anyways.

Drs Nicolas and Asp!! had mine done for my wedding and they look awesome. They lady was called Sarah, very nice, scaled and polished them too. Which was a first time for me. My teeth feel so clean!
