URGENT please - water leak in garden somewhere underground - competent company to call out?

DEWA knocked on our door last night to let us know our water consumption had gone up dramatically since the last reading. Had a good look around everywhere and noticed water from the irrigation system continually running just in one part of the garden. Called the maintenance company (MPlus) who came and said one of the underground irrigation valves must have broken, but they won't fix it. They turned off the main valve to the irrigation tank and the timer, but this morning the water is still running. Help!
We are in Arabian Ranches - any recommendations for somebody COMPETENT to call out urgently? Many thanks.
