I have tried posting on Dubizzle and Souq, anyone know a dealer who can come buy furniture? I called a few but they are only interested in appliances. We are very short on time and our stuff is good quality and don't just want to throw it away.

Any advice would be helpful.

I had the same problem. I deleted the ads from Dubizzle and reposted again with reduced price. It keeps the items at the top of the listings and the lower price might attract other buyers. Also when you post each item put a note in the add to say "also for sale ....." and list the other items too. If you do get a potential buyer come look, they will often be interested in what else you have to sell. I even sold some things I have intended to give to charity as I didn't ever consider anyone would buy. If you do have to give away I highly recommend Take My Junk. They come when they say, they are very efficient and they take absolutely everything from large pieces of furniture to the chopping board in the kitchen!!!

I agree, only had good experiences selling things on here. The only thing is it takes (in my experience) a few days from placing the ad to it being on the site.
