Hi,
I am looking for advice as to whether it is legal to hire a maid who is sponsored by her spouse. I have seen lots of adverts from maids looking for live in and live out positions who state they do not require a visa as they are sponsored obt their husband. Is this correct?
Would I need to get a Labour card arranged and is this a simple process?
Thank you for any advice with this.
