It all started when my doctor recommended that I do the First Trimester Scan at Genesis Prenatal Care Clinic (but she told me that in this center I have to pay in cash that claim it again from insurance).
I called to make an appointment on the 26th of June when I was still 12 weeks and 1 day for my first Trimester Scan. During my phone call I made sure to mention my due date and that I was coming for the First Trimester scan. They gave me an appointment on the 9th of July which makes me 14 weeks. I saw the nurses before seeing the doctor and I mentioned to them again my due date and that I was 14 weeks and 1 day. The nurses didn't say anything to me and they let me go see the doctor. After my scan, The doctor told me that I came in late and he can't make any of the calculations which makes the scan useless. I ended up paying 1550 dhs without having any results. I shared my experience with you o you won't do the same mistake that I did.

Do you have any CD or written report of the scan? they should give you some report if you have paid 1550 AED. Try showing that report to Dr. Avneesh.

yes 12 to 13 weeks is the ideal time for the 1st trimester scans. try showing your reports to Dr Avneesh Kaur at Medcare Women and Children. She specializes in fetal medicine and is an Ob/Gyn herself. She did the 1st and 2nd trimester scans for me. She is very understanding and will give you the correct diagnosis and line of treatment.
