Thank you for yor reply. My LO will be 21 months in September . Isn't Babilou a french curriculum nursery? As i am planning to put my LO in a British curriculum one. i think you might be right - Babilou is a French curriculum one. I think for preschool, you should check where the teachers are from (even if it's French curriculum, they might have British teachers), and what assessment tools the nursery uses to track the child's progress. I spoke to The Cardinal Valley Nursery recently - it's a new one opening in September. They have a world curriculum, which they claim draws from the strengths of all curriculum to develop a more holistic approach. But the assessment tools the lady described to me sounded amazing. Facilities look incredible too.

My niece goes to Maple Bear in Business Bay and it seems like a very good nursery. It's canadian curriculum which is impressive. They also do french, arabic, and english every day. I've never heard any complaints on it!

I'm sending my son and a few friends of mine are sending their children to Safari Kid Nursery. It is close to downtown and has great open facilities. We've seen a huge jump in my child's development since he's been going there. https://www.facebook.com/safarikidDubai

it's nursery - there's really isnt any curriculum. they have french teachers and english teachers, and you can choose to have your child with one or the other. i really liked the nursery and the facilities. another negative besides the no food provided (which is not a big deal to some parents) is there's no outdoor play area, but they use the park across the street i believe. also no uniform (also not a big deal to some parents). good luck.

how old is the child you'll be putting in nursery? we really liked babilou for infants & toddlers. i wasn't so convinced on their programs for older kids, but i went to see them when they had just opened (october 2015) so they may have made better arrangements. gorgeous facility, great staff, great ethos. they don't serve food so you'll have to send your own.
