Dubai achieves another world's first with its own AI-composed theme song... And it's pretty epic

Dubai is once again part of a world's first, as the emirate gets its own theme song... Produced entirely by artificial intelligence (AI).
Titled 'Ode to Dubai', the world's first AI-composed anthem dedicated to a city was unveiled at the ongoing Internet of Things Expo (IoTX) at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) on Tuesday.

Composed by AIVA (Artificial Intelligence Virtual Artists), the 2 minute 40 second musical piece was made using algorithms based on 30,000 symphonic music scores from history's greatest composers, including Mozard, Bach, Chopin and Beethoven, Pierre Barreau explains, the CEO of AIVA Technologies.
"AIVA is trained to understand music on a database of scores, and AI is used to create its own mathematical representation of music influences.
