What is the procedure like?
To keep you comfortable, the clinician will begin by administering several small injections of a local anaesthetic to the underarm area. Each treatment is customised, with the miraDry System handpiece positioned as needed, and lasts about one hour.
What happens after the procedure?
Your doctor will likely recommend a mild over-the-counter pain medication and the use of ice packs for a few days.
