Previous relocation or real estate experience is a definite advantage. However, we would also consider candidates who come from a strong corporate customer service background. The ideal candidate will be tasked to assist relocating individuals or families in terms of home search, school search, preview tours and settling in assistance amongst other programs. The candidate we have in mind should have lived in the country for more than 2 years, must have an outgoing personality, good "knowledge" of the city , be customer-oriented, Knowledge of the schooling system is also a plus. Other prerequisites are; computer literate, fluent spoken and written English as well as additional languages and able to perform basic admin work such as completion of basic forms etc.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the relocation industry or real estate industry
- Good Knowledge about the city, Housing and School
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication skills are pre-requisite. Preference would be given to candidate who speaks multilingual
- Valid UAE D/L and own 4 wheel Vehicle is a must
- Capable of answering any queries which the client may have about the relocation process and help guide them and plan their smooth transition
