Receptionist/Administrator at On the Move

On The Move is a British owned business established for 9 years in Dubai. We pride ourselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and have developed a strong reputation for doing just that.

We are currently seeking to recruit a receptionist.

The role entails the following:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Contacting customers and schedule appointments for Sales Team
  • Providing quotations to customers
  • Manage office supplies
  • Filing of customers records
  • Other administration duties

What we offer:

  • Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 7,000 per month
  • Employment visa for self (if required)
  • Basic medical cover for self
  • 30 days (calendar days) leave per annum plus public holidays
