This residential area is bustling throughout the day; parents head to and from school to collect their kids, you'll witness fitness-lovers on their bicycles or in the shared gym areas, or spot residents heading to do their grocery shop. Thanks to the plethora of walkways, it's not uncommon to see mums with pushchairs, dog-lovers, joggers or families enjoying a stroll around the landscaped public places.

At a weekend, expect a little congestion nearby the Mosque as Muslims had for their Friday prayers, plus there's a conveniently placed petrol station in the community - complete with its own 24 hour fast food outlets.

Thanks to the shopping and leisure facilities in the vicinity; The Meadows Town Centre and The Springs Souk, the community is well-served in terms of stores, shops, cafes, restaurants, salons. During the day, these are generally bustling with residents living in the area.

Head to either shopping centres for a bite to eat, or enjoy a stroll around one of the huge lakes. You'll find dog-walkers and fitness enthusiasts out and about in the area, as they complete their daily to-do list before heading home for the night.

At peak hours, the area is busier - but not too busy that you'll be stuck in traffic congestion. Our only advice would be to avoid The Meadows Town Centre around rush hour, as residents head to the store to grab their evening meals.

Generally, the dining scene in the area is considered to be casual, but fine-dining options are available close-by in neighbouring areas like Dubai Marina and JLT. Alternatively, you can head to The Montgomerie or Emirates Golf Club for food and drinks.

What are noise levels like in The Meadows?

Besides the general noise of daily life from kids playing in the parks, or dogs out for a stroll with their owners, The Meadows are generally a very quiet, serene place to live.

You may hear a neighbour enjoying a BBQ or having a party every once in a while, but thanks to the space between each villa - very rarely will you be annoyed by noise in the area.
