With the upcoming addition of Nakheel Mall and the recently completed The Pointe, combined with the upgrade of the island’s traffic lights and road structure - life on this island is now a far cry from its older reputation of being impossible to get on and off.
What are noise levels like in Palm Jumeirah?
For those living in the Fronds, expect a quieter, serene atmosphere as these areas of the community offer privacy and tranquillity to residents.
The majority of crowds head to the Crescent where Atlantis The Palm and its neighbouring hotels are situated. There’s few luxury hotels along the Trunk itself, including the FIVE hotel, but these are snug between the high-rise apartment buildings.
When it comes to noise, construction sites are probably the worst culprit of noise for residents living here; but provisions are in place by authorities to ensure these noise levels are kept restricted after sunset as per the UAE law.
