du Tough Mudder and Mini Mudder 2018

If physical challenges are your thing then du Tough Mudder and du Mini Mudder are definitely for you. Team up with friends, colleagues or family members and head to Hamdan Sports Complex on 7-8 December to take part in one of the world’s roughest, toughest and muddiest obstacle courses.

As much about fun and teamwork as it is about physical strength, stamina and sheer mental grit, the non-timed challenge is open to both kids and adults. Grown-up Mudders will face a series of daunting obstacles to conquer with last year’s line-up including the Mud Mile, Electro Shock Therapy, Block Ness Monster and Berlin Wall. Meanwhile adventure-seeking kids tackle their own obstacles on the 1.5km Mini Mudder course.

Please note that Tough Mudder is open to those 18 years and older (14-18 years must be accompanied by an adult).
