Choco-Mint Icing Cupcakes
Ingredients
4oz. butter, soft
7oz. castor sugar
½ tsp. peppermint essence
1 tsp. green food colouring
1 slab dark mint chocolate broken up into smaller pieces
Preparation
-
Cream the butter and sugar until a fluffy texture is reached

Add the peppermint and mix it in
-
Add the food colouring until you have a light green colour

Ice your cupcakes and decorate them with pieces of dark mint chocolate.
