Vanilla Butter Icing
Ingredients
4oz. butter, soft
5oz. castor sugar
1 tsp. vanilla essence or ½ tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation
-
Cream the butter and sugar until it becomes a pale yellow fluffy mixture
-
Add the vanilla and beat it in until fully incorporated

Use food colouring if desired.
