Beef Bistro Brings the Parisian Flair to Le Méridien Dubai Village

Located in Le Méridien Dubai Village, Beef Bistro is fashioned after French Bistros and aims to bring authentic French flavors and cuisine to the food connoisseurs of the cuisine in Dubai
The revamped layout of Beef Bistro has been curated carefully to showcase a clear identity for the restaurant whilst giving the customers the feeling of walking into a chic and tasteful bistro in France. The same concept is also extended to the latest menu that boasts of a creativity, bringing to life the unique flavors of French cuisine.
French specials taking centre stage in the menu, the adventurous foodies can give classic French dishes like Burgundy Snails sautéed in a delicate blend of onions and garlic a go. Other classic dishes like Fois Gras, home-made duck liver terrine punctuating with a sublime medley of flavours, while Tarte Flambe, Freshly Shucked Oysters keep your taste buds excited and asking for more.
Look out for Chef’s Specials, including the classic Beef Bourguignon, Slow Cooked Short Ribs livened up with a sublime artichoke puree, with a nutty finish of toasted sunflower seeds, among other delicacies.
Signature desserts also stay put on the menu, including the likes of Classic Mille-feuille, Vanilla Crème Brûlée, Gâteau Au Fromage that are sure to excite ardent French dessert lovers.
Dominic Petzold, Executive Chef at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, shares, “The new offerings at Beef Bistro have a distinctly French character and every element of the menu, including the grapes, are carefully selected to complement a variety of beef cuts and steaks at Beef Bistro. To retain the authenticity of the cuisine, the kitchen team was carefully selected to ensure that chefs have a strong background in European and, especially, French cooking traditions and practices.”
Le Méridien Dubai Village’s beef and steak eatery still consists the famous assortment of meat cuts.
Whilst the new menu still has the past favourites, it brings to the forefront an extensive yet carefully selected selection of prime cuts from Japan, Australia, New Zealand, America and Argentina.
In addition to Rib eye, tenderloin purists, food connoisseurs can also sample rumsteak, flant steak grilled to perfection in a special Josper charcoal oven. The bistro also offers a choice of 'aged beef', which is stored carefully in the special Ageing room within Beef Bistro.
The overall atmosphere of the restaurant gives off a unique and traditional vibe of a 1950's and 1960's era Parisian Bistro, perfect for a night out with your friends and family.
