Wow, they do look great... but the lengths they go to to stay like that is a amazing...no puddings, low carbs, no junk food. It's interesting to see what size 12 looks like on different shapes and heights.

She 5ft and is a size 6! I have no hope ! Am just under 5ft and a size 12!! I feel so obese :\: Its got to be all surgery! arghhhhhh and they get you sucked in to buy her DVD!! Another money making scheme!! Many people would be happy to be a size 12 - count your blessings. Interesting perspective on this http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-1346316/Size-12-women-From-model-yoga-fanatic.html According to a recent survey, a Size 12 woman may be the envy of her friends, but the chances are she still hates what she sees in the mirror. Here, five women - all size 12 - all from different areas and different backgrounds reveal their very different attitudes to their figures...

Don't forget the lighting is completely different in both pictures.... Bright sunlight can bring out every lump and bump (changing rooms at Debenhams anyone?) with the mirror where you can see yourself from behind too - yes, pleeease! :\:

She has to have had a tummy tuck to get rid of that pouch - dieting and exercise alone will not achieve that.

Yep - I think she looks great and I don't think she's had any surgery. She's been documented in magazines with her fitness training and most of the pictures taken have been in the park so she's really done it by sheer hard work. Good luck to her

she was tiny when she first started as the weather girl. I saw her on the tv last year and I could barely recognise her - she had blown up with her pregnancy - she was obviously keen to get back to her pre-pregnancy look and - hats off to her - she has done that ! amazing what determination will do!

Definately been under the knife, no way can you get rid of all that cellulite without surgery. Of course you can cellulite is caused by fat........... get rid of the fat the cellulite will go. You will find you wont be able to get rid of the excess fat, as for cellulite its a stubborn as ever, losing weight will not get rid of the cellulite, a friend here lost loads of weight and she has hanging fat, she is going have surgery. But the lady in question had lost baby weight rather than weight from being fat which stretches the skin for a longer period of time, which as a result is harder to shift.

But doesn't that depend on how fat you were and for how long you were obese? I also think it depends on how fit / thin you were before you put on all the weight..... Am over weight by about 10 kg and only have one bit of cellulite (well 2; one on each thigh); and this starts to go easily when i drop 2 - 3 kg - so to be honest i dont think she had surgery.... she would have scares. I know of a guy that has had a body lfit and he tells me he has huge scares on both of his sides.... Also if you look at the photos she has really toned up - her stomack muscles are well developed as are her legs - and bearing in mind she is a size 8 (or was it 6) there wouldn't be much fat on her to have cellulite... And the Fat photo - she is actually skipping - even a woman who only has a littel fat will look a lot bigger / flabbier when she is caught in a photo jumping... think you are all being harsh on someone who has done an amazing job of losing lots of weight.

I think that the BEFORE picture is photo shopped.. lets face it what woman with a body that had that much fat and cellulite would go out in public in a two piece? and then jump up and down with a skipping rope to get it all wobbling for everyone to see? I am overweight and would not even walk around my own house like that if someone else was there! and then there is the fact that the paprazzi just happened to be hanging around this C list celebrity to record the moment. Call me cynical but what better way to get back in the public attention then to have a sensational before and after DVD to promote along with all the interviews in mags and on TV etc? I also seriously doubt that you could shift that much cellulite so relativley quickly and end up with super smooth skin - and apart from the morbidly obese have never seen so much cellulite all over either.... have definitely got my cynical hat on with this one. I think you might be right.... and it's weird how that's the only picture of her looking like that. [b'>She only looks about a size 16 in that before picture....and there's wayyyyy too much cellulite going on there to be normal[/b'>. Exactly!! ETA - and if she found a way to completely eradicate all that cellulite in 6 months without a trace left the world would be beating a path to her door - or at least to her DVD ;) edited by Genie on 12/01/2011

I lost 17kgs recently.... through diet and exercise but my skin texture looks worse than it did before I lost the weight. Might have to try some kind of therapy. If only I were rich!

i just recently lost a little over 50lbs (approx. a little over 3 stones) & my skin texture has improved drastically... it took 6 months & I want to lose another 50lbs & I sure hope my skin texture goes completely smooth like hers... though I know I can't get rid if strech marks... she looks wonderful! edited by Abaddon on 12/01/2011 You can also get Accent radiotherapy treatments to tighten skin, it may also help with stretch marks, I'm not sure. It's not cheap as you need a few sessions but you certainly deserve to treat yourself after losing all that weight. Well done :)

Wow! Congrats! Thermage treatment helps tighten up the skin. It helps the belly area thats so difficult to tighten up.

Apparently it was all through exercise and diet with no surgery. I would love to know what she did as I lost a lot of weight 8 years ago and despite exercising I still have skin that looks like her before picture. :( Has anyone seen her dvd?

Never heard of the woman but hats off to her for losing so much weight and toning up too. If she had skin tightening procedures then that's not cheating, it's amazing what they can do without surgery now. She still must have worked hard to get in shape. Good on her!
