New to Dubai and surprise surprise... bad skin!
I moved to Dubai about two monts ago and after ten days i suddenly broke out. I scratched and of course it got worse. I went to a doctor (not a dermatologist, just a regular GP), thinking it was impetigo etc
She looked at it and said "i hope it is not acne" and gave me Fuicidin H as it looked inflamed. I have never had acne or been troubled with spots in my teens. The fuicidine helped, but still new red spots would show up.
I have then been googling "bad skin dubai" and came across this forum. Since then I have stopped eating chicken, eggs and milk. I also put on sudocrem every day. This has helped alot and my skin is better, but it is still not as clear as it was when i moved over.
So my questions are:
Anything else to avoid apart from chicken, milk and eggs?
Should i use other creams apart from sudocrem? Avene cicalfate perhaps-never tried it..
Should i install a waterfilter in the shower?
What bottled water is the best? And which ones to avoid?
Any help greatly appreciated
I have not been in the sun at all so it is not heat rash etc
Nor have i changed any cosmetic products since i have moved out here
