Hi Everyone,

I usually use and recommend JWFI but have had two different incidents with electrics that I'm not happy with, so if anyone knows of a good electrician please let me know TIA

Hi as said , I'm using TOOL TIME for all my needs. I started in the past calling them every time for my problems, then I've decided to sign the contract. Some people working with Tool time opened a similar maintenance company and they took names from data base; so I was receiving their calls and emails inviting me to sign with them: they told me " the same service of tool time"...lying with me because with tool time I was having 4 visits per year while they serviced me 3 times a year. so, I've decided to return back to Tool Time and I signed again the contract; and I'm happy with them. Honestly I've to say they are at good level, no worse than others, and cheaper than other maintenance companies! .... try to call [b'>800 88 [/b'>

What were the incidents if you don't mind me asking? I would let them know you weren't happy.(unless you already have). I've let them know I wasn't happy once, and the response was thanks for letting us know, these things happen... Now they've wired something in my house and its not working, I don't want them to come out again and say it wasn't their fault so I have to pay, and then have to get another company in again to fix the problem, so I'm just trying to skip to another recommended company and save myself the time and money. Don't get me wrong I like JWFI for lots of things, they're great with AC, general handyman work, but I'm not too convinced on their electrics hence why I'm asking for a recommendation.
