I am interested in a weight loss package at VLCC and it says a guaranteed loss of 5 cms and also 5 kgs in 45 days?

I noticed some of the reviews about VLCC on many websites aren't favorable towards them because of their lack of management style and integrity with their clients. They are just a company and can't really care for you as you might want them to. During my package, I would attend sessions and they have lost my card a couple of times and no one knows how to clearly tell you what is really going on and who is responsible for what. If you have already purchased a session, make sure you trust yourself only and you are on top of them to do their job properly. This is your money and your lifestyle. If you enroll with them then start asking and keep questioning them. Be the most demanding customer ever. You have the right to do so. Ask them when the EXPIRY DATE of your package is and when do you need to complete them. If they are busy that is not your issue. Just keep at it!

VLCC has some great services and some great people but overall the customer service is all about a "profit" making business. It's sad really and I guess no place is perfect. Unfortunately, when you sign to a new package, over time I realized you are signing onto the company VLCC but not to any trusted individuals. I want to trust the people there but I realized over time, you should not trust that they will be able to take care of you completely.

I got a package for mesotherapy. Face. Everytime the give me an appointment i come 15 minutes before time and i wait for so long. They give same appointment for 2 people. They never call to remind you do it your appointment. Room busy they keep changing u from one room to another.. Very bad service

I met the doctors at the VLCC clinic, they spent time educating me about weight management and changed my routine. I was very conscious about these areas but now after undergoing such treatments all that has gone away with positive results. Thank you guys for your amazing services.

I recommend just going to the gym, it's cheaper and much healthier for you. VLCC is way too pricey, unless you have a coupon. It's a shame Cobone doesn't have coupons for VLCC anymore :(

My mum tried VLCC. But it's a pain in the buttocks to keep up with, and you'll need multiple sessions which is EXPENSIVE and the results will easily go away after some time. I'd recommend just working out and getting a personal trainer on board. It's much heathier for your body, better long-term results, and you have better control over how much weight you lose.

VLCC Sharjah has wonderful services. I started taking few services and then took their membership where I got more services at same cost. They have complete and long term solutions for weight loss, face and skin treatments and for hair loss. The dermatologist there explained my problem and the treatment details. Their facility is clean and good infact high standards. From my scouting I know their machines and technology is also advance and that is why I like them.

Why not try WW or Slimming world. Both are healthy eating plans and you do not have to starve yourself, cut out carbs, eat paper for a day, etc etc. Combine this with cardio and weights and believe me the weight will come off With the above plans i lost 6lbs in the 1st week then 2lbs each week thereafter. Quick fix plans never work and you end up gaining it allback on anyway
