That's great, thank you little coconut. I am a big believer in buying 2nd hand bags, you can get bags that look like new, and I much prefer that, than getting a fake!! The bags seem a little expensive to what you would pay on eBay etc, but the guarantee of authenticity and the view first pay later, makes it worth it.

Hi Lewis36, I haven't purchased an item there yet, but I can tell you that they are legitimate. Their office is in Sidra Tower/Fraser Suites on SZR. You can always select "cash on delivery" once you order. That way you go to their office to see the item and then purchase it if you wish. I hope that helps ;) I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience UmmHamda. It always seems to be hard to get a refund once you've purchased something these days. Just happened to me at Faces MOE. They don't even refund! They only offer an exchange or a voucher...

I purchased an item from there, due to no fault of theirs I had to return the item, they were very prompt in assisting me with the return however, the refund took such a long time that I had to send a warning email stating that I would contact the economic department. Cannot comment on the standard of the bags that they have for sale but thought this may prove useful.
