I do agree, my husband uses the gents salons at en vogue JBR to get his hair cut and they started pushing additional services and products that he didn't need and when he refused them he didn't get a hair wash which is usually included in his haircut :-( He wasn't too happy about it and is looking to change his salon. There are a lot of reviews also about their poor service . Seems you were lucky to get good service . Moreover, Whatever the level of their hair services, I can't accept to be treated like that! I never seen that much of rudeness in any Salon! They clearly told me " go if you want and don't come back" just because I didn't have printed voucher and they Didn't accept email, code or to print when I finish in one of coffee shop after Iftar.

They have a terrible reviews on several forums, and everybody agrees that they are rude and unprofessional. But on the other hand, I was always happy with their service: mani/pedi is great, hair cut and blow dry as well. Threading and massage as well.

En Vogue Beauty Salon@ JBR is real disaster!! Never try just by looking into cheap prices. Manager Is so rude, they treat people in a disgusting manner, and very poor Service. After 1 hr, I left salon without doing anything! Worst salon in Dubai!!!
