No need to talk me through. Since using the suggested URL it's all good. The problem stemmed from just using www.expatwoman.com then following the link to Bahrain but using the /bahrain seems to be satisfactory. Thanks.

It sounds like you might have been on the Oman website when you clicked the link to the Bahrain Forum? You will be viewing the Bahrain Forum however the site you are using is Oman therefore all the links will default to Oman content. Viewing your site on iPad is a different experience. Every time I click on a menu item either Forum or Events for example the link defaults to Oman. Any reason for this?
