Dear Jules. I want to recommend you Ciputra Hanoi. Ciputra has been around for at least 10 years with 3 of period with tons of choices (old to bran-new residence project). The impression given of it as a protected gated community is exaggerated although it does have security guards who undertake routine low-key patrols, top-notch facilities.
