Hai all,
I was wondering if there is someone who also lives in the area of Mirdif who wants to loose weight. I thought that we could help each other and motivate each other to reach our goal. I tried already allot of things. I just bought a nutribullet so I want to make more smoothies and try to eat healty. But I also want to sport more.
I am already a member at fitness first ladies at uptown mirdif.
Maybe we can make a plan or somthing like that for at least a month so see if there will be any progress.
